JOB TITLE: manager of the Braintree practice/ dispensing optician.

WHAT DO YOU DO: I ensure the smooth running of the practice; this includes developing and leading the team to meet practice goals, motivating and training staff to achieve the highest levels of customer service. I also dispense frames and lenses to patients and give advice on best solutions and care for eyes.

FIRST JOB: Working in a livery yard, I always wanted to be a horse riding instructor.

FAVOURITE BAND: It’s either Snow Patrol or the Killers.

FAVOURITE BOOK: The Labyrinth by Kate Mosse.

BIGGEST AMBITION: To travel the world, there’s so many places to see.
