2 shallots, diced finely
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 leek, finely sliced
50g peas
100g spinach, sliced
100g soft cheese
100g Parmesan cheese
500ml water
500ml milk
100ml white wine
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 large sprig of thyme
Ground black pepper, to taste
