20th YEAR WITH MP VISIT

The Braintree branch celebrated its 20th birthday with an open day and special visit from Brooks Newmark MP on the 25 October. All staff dressed up as celebrities from the 1980s to welcome customers to the party.

Brooks Newmark MP was impressed with the branch’s many successes. He says: ”It’s always encouraging to see an independent opticians doing so well on our High Street. Patrick & Menzies has invested in state-of-the-art digital technology and gives both specialist support to children with dyslexia and pioneering help to VDU operators who suffer from migraines. On top of all that they’re registered with the British Olympic Association for their ‘Sports Vision’ facilities. I wish them all the best for the next 20 years!”
