PATRICK AND MENZIES DELIVERS AWARD-WINNING CARE AND ADVICE

Staff in Braintree have just been presented with the Derek Salmon Award for Retailer of the Year, thanks to their outstanding levels of customer service. Patrick and Menzies is dedicated to providing the best customer care and service and the team are delighted with the award wins.

Gavin Rebello, Director, Patrick and Menzies, says: “We constantly strive to improve the service we offer our customers. We take time to listen to our clients and understand their needs. We’re proud of our team, and we know they all work very hard to improve the lives of our clients, but it is nice to be recognised externally for our work.”

The team has also been entered for the prestigious Optician awards for Independent Optician of the Year and for their Sports Vision service.
